EOS Maxi Dress (10-12)
Picture a sunset seen through morning mist.
Dusty pink melts into soft blue, and warm terracotta glows low where the light is last to leave. The colours drift into one another without hard edges, the way clouds do at the end of the day. Hand-dyed on a reclaimed dress, no patch matches another, so it reads like a whole sky held in cloth. It's light and a little dreamy, and it shifts with you and with the light around it.
One of a kind wearable art for days that feel soft and unhurried.
FIT GUIDE & MEASUREMENTS
Approximate fit: 10–12
Original label: Gregorios Olympia, original 1980s Greek label still attached
Garment measurements are taken flat and doubled where relevant.
Bust: 56–80cm
Waist: 68–75cm
Hip: open
Length: 115cm (shoulder to hem)
Size is a loose guide. The button waist is the best indicator of fit on this piece, while the bust has ample room. Please check the measurements against a garment you already own and love, as fit varies with fabric and personal preference.
THE CANVAS
Originally a Gregorios Olympia dress, this piece was hand-selected purely for its premium fabric quality, structure and features, then transformed from a pre-loved garment in my Western Australian studio. While quality is always at the forefront of my sourcing, reclaimed textiles may occasionally retain minor imperfections that reflect their previous life. These details are part of working with existing materials and are approached with care and respect. Every Aloka & Sol piece carries its own history, reimagined through colour, texture and form.
GARMENT FEATURES
50% Tencel, 50% cotton
Tie-front bodice with adjustable fit
Sleeveless maxi dress
Straight button-up skirt
One-of-one hand-dyed piece
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Cold gentle machine wash. Wash separately. Use a mild detergent. Do not bleach. Hang to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Please also follow the Aloka & Sol care label sewn into your garment, and the original manufacturer's care label where it remains attached.
