Every piece at Aloka & Sol is individually prepared and packed with care. As our collection includes both wearable pieces and original framed textile artworks, shipping options vary depending on the item purchased.

Processing Times Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

  • Australia:

    Complimentary standard shipping is included on all wearable orders Australia-wide.

    New Zealand:

    Standard tracked shipping (up to 1kg): $20 AUD

    Orders over 1kg: $45 AUD

    Asia:

    Standard tracked shipping (up to 1kg): $25 AUD

    Orders over 1kg: $55 AUD

    Asia includes Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, India and Sri Lanka.

    Rest of World:

    Standard tracked shipping (up to 1kg): $30 AUD

    Orders over 1kg: $65 AUD

    **Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are subject to customs processing in the receiving country.

  • Fragments are original framed textile artworks carefully packaged using protective materials suitable for glass and frame transport.

    Australia:

    Complimentary shipping is included Australia-wide.

    New Zealand:

    Standard tracked shipping (up to 2kg): $30 AUD

    Orders over 2kg: $45 AUD

    Asia:

    Standard tracked shipping (up to 2kg): $35 AUD

    Orders over 2kg: $55 AUD

    Rest of World:

    Standard tracked shipping (up to 2kg): $45 AUD Orders over 2kg: $75 AUD

  • Due to the size, weight and fragility of larger glass-framed works, these pieces are not available through standard checkout shipping.

    These works are available via:

    • Complimentary local collection from Coolbellup, Western Australia.

    • Custom freight arrangements within Australia

    • International Shipping by request.

    If you require delivery, please contact hello@alokaandsol.com.au prior to purchase to discuss available freight options and obtain a shipping quote.

  • Customers selecting local collection will receive collection details once their order is ready.

    For orders purchased using Afterpay, the person collecting the artwork must present photo identification matching the order name and may be required to sign a collection receipt upon pickup.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We take great care in packaging every order, particularly framed artworks.

    If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@alokaandsol.com.au.

    To assist with any carrier claim, please include:

    • Your order number Photographs of the outer packaging.

    • Photographs of the damaged item.

    • A photograph of the shipping label.

    • Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been assessed, as carriers may request additional evidence.
